Liability for content

We make every effort to keep the content of our website up-to-date. However, despite scrupulous editing we cannot accept liability. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content in accordance with general law as stipulated in Article 7 Paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Law (TMG). However, as per Articles 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor information from third parties which has been transmitted or stored. If we are made or become aware of any legal violations, the offending content will be immediately deleted. We accept liability only from the point in time when we are aware of a possible legal violation.

Our website contains links to external websites of third parties and we have no influence on the content of these sites. Sole responsibility for the content of linked pages therefore lies with the respective provider or administrator of the linked pages.
